范学辉，1966年生于哈尔滨，自由摄影师，曾策划组织了第一、二届黑龙江省优秀人体摄影作品展。从2007年开始，作为METCN相约中国的主要摄影师，拍摄了大量的优秀作品，成功推出张筱雨、汤芳等优秀人体模特人体艺术作品。
